Child's hobby horse is captured by a young owl, who then flies it about the city.

A young owl gains from one child's loss. In a neighborhoods in Illinois, Eric Lind noticed a peculiar sight: an owl circling with a child's hobby horse toy!

Eric Lind said on Facebook, "The juvenile neighborhood owl has taken this stick horse and is flying about the neighborhoods with it." "Hilldale/Forest Park/Ridge Lane neighbors...if your child is missing their stick horse, you'll have to talk to the owl," he warned his neighbors'. ”

The owl, who is a member of an owl family, has been in the neighborhoods for around half a year.

Lind recorded the owl's extraordinary catch on camera in case there was any dispute about what he observed.

He made it clear to the audience that there is no apparent risk of the owl being entangled on the stick horse.

For those of you wondering whether the owl is injured or "entangled" in the stick horse, he said, "We have no reason to assume this is the case as we watched the owl moving the horse and even altering its grasp on it at one point.

According to Lind, "I'm confident the right authorities would be alerted if someone observes that the owl is in danger or feels it is injured."

Hopefully, the juvenile owl will put the toy somewhere where its family may find it after quickly realizing that his capture isn't of the edible variety.
